Easy/NoBake BerryGood Pie
Nutrition: 1 Serving, 489 Cal, Fat 4.7g (9%), Carb 62.6(51%), Fiber 11.7, Sugar 18.7, Protein 45.3 (37%).

You can easily split this in half -- pie is really large..
Difficulty: Easy?
Ingredients:
Filling
Generic - Large Fuji Apple, 0.5 apple(198 g)
Fruit - Banana - Medium 7 - 8" (115g), 0.5 Banana
Blueberries - Raw, 0.25 cup
Spices - Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
Pie Crust
Splenda - Packet, 1 packet
Quaker Oats - Old Fashioned Oatmeal, 1/2 cup
Optimum Nutrition - Gold Standard 100% Whey French Vanilla Creme, 1 Rounded Scoop (31g)
Fit & Active - Liquid Egg Whites, 9 Tbsp
Dice fruit, throw in the microwave for a 1-2 mins. Mash up ingredients, microwave 1-2 mins.
Be careful this stuff is hotter than lava
Set to side
Microwave Oatmeal per directions, combine with protein powder and egg whites.Stir
Heat non-stick pan, use non stick spray and pour ingredients into pan.
Occasionally, lift back edges with spatula
After "crust" begins to firm add in fruit mixture to one side.
Folder over, cut in half flip and cook until desired firmness
Remove, sprinkle with splenda
