Biggest Loser Cardio

Just wondering who is using this program , and if so, how many calories are you burning?

I did levels 1-3 (it is a 5 minute warmup, 20 minute on cardio 1, 10 cardio 2, 10 cardio 3 , 5 yoga stretch). It took 52 minutes about, and I burned 653 calories!
I am very happy with it, although I must say, at the class I did on the gym on Friday I hit 663 in 45...oh well this is the comfort of my living room...

Gotta love the heart rate monitor!
