Update from the binge

So, today I weighed in and I am down 14lbs from Thurs. So, drinking all this fluid, eating better, and working out have been helping. My shape is coming back slowly. Before, I was complaining about all my loose skin. Well, after I ate all that junk and retained all that water, I looked like a puffer fish! I'd much rather look deflated. lol
Thanks to everyone's tips/advise/and encouragement. I almost just threw in the towel, but thanks to you guys, I stayed strong. I am not out of the woods yet, but I'm closer than I was.
I am going to weigh in again on Friday morning.

    Glad you are doing better, I tend to binge eat too - and then I go throw up....I haven't had an incident for a little while - being on here and being accountable for my actions really helps. Glad you are back on track!
