New HRM. Question?

OK. I have been eating right and using MFP for the last 2 1/2 months. Doing pretty good with the weight loss. Today I started using the treadmill. Interval run/walked for 22 min. I have a new Timex Zone Trainer HRM and I believe I have the settings correct. My high HR was 152 and average was 124. It says I burned 247 calories. Does this sound right? I hope so because I am going to go eat back them calories.
