What did you all have for dinner tonight?

Props to my boyfriend for taking me out for sushi tonight. It was really nice to be able to go out for dinner and have so many low calorie options!

I made a baked vegetable rigatoni with cottage cheese instead of ricotta. It was low cal and FABULOUS :) It had portobello mushrooms, onions, zucchini, low sodium marinara, cottage cheese, and mozzerella cheese on top. NOM!
