Eat Big and Burn Big challenge

i want to try a new thing this week. Eat a big breakfast to start ur metabolism (400-500 calories) and burn off those calories thru exercise. The reason I am doing this is because I noticed that I have alot more energy when I eat a well balanced filling breakfast. Then I can do a high calorie burn and have more energy for endurance! I also want to limit eating at night. So no eating after 10:00PM

    no eating after 10pm!!!! Im in the land of nod by then , so that works fine for me :P

    Lol I go to bed at 11 when I'm being good! But maybe 9:30 will
