Ok, here we go. I read if I keep a food journal it will help me lose weight, and after a week of fitness pal membership, I wholeheartedly agree. It certainly keeps me honest. It also is showing me how the little calories really add up. I am living in Germany as part of the armed forces, so the exercise part comes with the job. It is awesome to be forced to get up every week day and exercise. I also ride a bicycle on the weekends, but try to take Sunday off for recovery. I really like this site as far as finding the foods I eat already in a data base. So far, so good.
