Hi, fellow weight shifters.

Well, where to start? Ok, so im not huge, but, as many woman im sure, reaching 30 with child/children will tell you i have lost my sex appeal. I am, i think about a stone or so overweight. People look at me and say "diet? are you serious, your tiny" blah blah blah, dont you hate that!

I want my boyfriend to look at me with that look that say, "well hello there sexy lady, your making me horny" :) that hasnt happened since i was about 18 :O time to change. I try dieting every bloody year and this year its gonna work. My problem is..i love food, which is obviously a negative when you want to diet, as the food i love is carbs and lots of melted cheese! Being vegetarian i find tricky too, i work 40 hours a week and theres never time to cook all these healthy meals in prep ready, so im living on a diet of lowfat yoghurt, pittas, soup, water, green tea and crackerbreads, yes i know not very balanced but im hoping to pick up some tips from anyone that is vege with not alot of time on there hands???

Well, day 2 (offically) and i feel very positive :)
