Pros/Cons? Any equipment needed? Easy to track calories exercised? Any reviews would be appreciated. :)

I LOVE the 30 day shred, its my favourite work out of all time. You need hand weights, (start with either 3 or 5lb) and a mat if your doing it on a hard floor. I burn around 300 cals for level 1 and around 350 for levels 2 and 3. I use my HRM though because logging it under circuit training general doesn't give you as many calories.

I've loved it, except for getting shin splints! Be sure to do more stretching at the end than they do. It's hard, but it really works wonders.

I'm also thinking of getting a HRM...but there are too many options! Which one do you have?
