Time between cardio workouts?

I ran on my treadmill last night about 6 pm - And I am getting ready to do some Hiit training right now - is it too soon? I know you should rest between muscle groups when lifting, but when you're doing cardio aren't your legs a muscle group, and if so, should you wait 24 hours between working them with cardio? Thanks...

Cardio is fine daily, if you have the energy to do so as it does not work the muscles the same way strength training does (which required time off) Unless you were pushing yourself 100%, cardio is fine day after day.0

I never do. If your body has the energy---then use it !!!0

I agree with the others. I do at least some cardio every day (except yesterday, I felt like crud, complete with fever). and sometimes I will walk in the afternoon and do something else in the evening.0
