I have been MIA for a few days...I hate that feeling...letting my self down, not working out or tracking food...well I AM BACK...520am wake up call and off to the gym for a kick a** workout..

I appreciate everyones sharing at MFP and welcome Friends...Lord knows I need all the motivations and check and balances I can get. I feel like this website helps to keep me in check... 75 days until I do my 2nd 5K and 173 until I do my 2nd Triathalon..
Why is it that I sabatoge myself then? I started on this MFP journey when I had 215 days until the TRI....now almost 40 days later I have lost and gained the same 4lbs,

WOW....that stinks but I will just take it one day at a time and with the support here I hope to lose all I can before my races..
THANK YOU

The person who holds themselves back has a reason to fear their goals. Maybe you are scared of actually attaining the goal and what will happen once you get there. Self sabotage means there is some reason that you do not want to get to the goal you set, find it. Instead of having others make me accountable I make my own standards very high and I feel bad for letting myself down, I expect the best from myself and that is how I set my goals. There has to be a reason for the loss/gain, is your diary public?
