I been silly today

I have really messed up today , my day started off on not a very good note i had a phone call early hrs this morning from a frantic friend and well her dog had bolted into a very dense forest area which can be quite dangerous she said he had been screaming and at this note i thought i best go find out see whats going on and see if we can find him . Well i know the forest quite well but over the winter its grown heaps and is just a mine field of broken down trees and debris my dogs go in there often and were with me after around half hr we decided he must have been outside the forest . So i sent my friend home to look for him and there he was waggy tails and all .
Happy ending there but i was shattered my chest felt burnt were i had been running and well i got home had a drink and porridge and then got ready for work , Of to work i go and then find out my day is going to be much longer than it should have been as someone has phoned in sick , already i didn't take any lunch in big mistake i ate a few sweets and nuts from a friend not many but well by the time i had got in after a fare few hrs of cleaning i was so hungry i ate the left over lasagna in the fridge then some more chocolates .
I'm under my cals still but i feel rubbish about what i have eaten

Sorry to hear about your day.... but at least your friend's dog is fine, you ate under your calories, the day is over and tomorrow is a new day :flowerforyou:0

Its not too late to get back on track. Have another workout, and make sensible choices for the rest of your day! Salad or a lean protien and green veggies! YOU CAN DO THIS!0

Don't worry too much about it. If you haven't gone over your cals it wont make a bit of difference with your weight loss goals. You have the rest of the day to eat foods to fuel your body and I'm sure looking for the dog burned a lot of extra calories.0

I feel really stupid i knew i was hungry in fact felt starving when i got in and just binged , i have to go work again later so a hr and half off office cleaning will help , Its raining hard outside but think I'm going to go for a power walk just veg for my tea me thinks !!0
