I have been eating two egg whites for breakfast a day since starting my journey. I still get very about 2 hours after eating breakfast. I read an interesting article about eggs:

http://www.cholesterol-and-health.com/Egg_Yolk.html

Today, I ate a whole egg and made it almost 3 hours before the hunger set in. I need to add some calories to my diet, so I eating one whole egg from now on. I will however, not eat 5 whole eggs if I make an omelete.

I always eat whole eggs. Never more than 2 a day though. Of course, I'm not exactly the epitome of health..yet.

Edit: I read the article. Loved it.

I can fill up for hours on 2 egg whites and 1 whole egg with a piece of toast, one of my favorite breakfasts.
