Hello everyone. I have a question. They say that when you cook foods it changes its nutritional value and that when you microwave foods it changes it as well. So do you think the nutritional value on the box of micro waved meals displays numbers b/4 the meal is micro waved? I'm questioning how healthy a micro waved meal really is when it has first been processed for packaging, then frozen, then micro waved. What are you thoughts...?
