Frozen Turkey from thanksgiving 2009 - good/bad?

Hi All - this is a crazy question but I got a frozen turkey for Thanksgiving from work in 2009. I still have the thing in my freezer. Do you think its still good since its been frozen? I've asked a few people they said yes as long as its been frozen but I'm skeptical.
I also have another 1 from this past Thanksgiving, any ideas of what I can do to add some flavor when cooking. I normally stuff it with stuffing but don't want the fat or calories, plus I plan on cutting it up for multiple meal.
Thanks in advance for your responses

On the first one, probably not, but cook it up and if it tastes bad, give it to the dog.;)
On the other one, I have just found the wonder of brining a turkey. Adds a ton of flavor and moisture. You can find multiple recipes on google to fit your taste.0 -
If you brine the turkey, not only will it give it excellent flavor, it will make it super moist! I usually put my frozen turkey in the cooler for 3 or so days soaking in the brine. Here is a recipe, but usually I just do my own thing with spices we like )
