For people who have been on MFP for a while know that it works. But do we need something more than just logging food? Do we need some kinf of push or competition to achieve our results? I do. And I am creating this topic for small challenges that can create a huge difference in the long run. We can have small challenges like Drop 8 pounds in 4 weeks or Slimmer by Saturday or Drink as much water as you eat food.

The first challenge is to lose 3 pounds by end of next week (Saturday). If you want to participate log your start weight and end weight and how much you lost irrespective of wether its more or less.

My todays weight is 141.
