Just thought I'd introduce myself in hopes of making some new fitness friends!
My name's Nichole and I'm a 25 year old university student looking to shed a few pounds, be a bit more active and engage in healthier eating habits. I've never really been too conscientious about this kind of stuff so any advice or encouragement is very much appreciated! Just trying to figure it all out as I go along.
