Maintain and inches

So I am 5'2 I weigh 112-113 I don't think I will need to lose more lbs just inches. Should I set my profile to maintenance. I do notice the days I have my splurge nights I usually eat a turtle sundae, the next morning when I weigh in i weigh less... Should I do more weight training than cardio to lose the inches now?

    I am on maintenance myself (since December), and my profile is set to "mantain present weight." So far it has been working out well. I gain 1 or 1/2 lb and I drop them again in few days, which I think that it is normal because our weight fluctutate all the time.

    The inches are coming down at a very sloooooow pace, which is making me very upset. The same with muscle tone; however, I understand that since I am in the "older" category my body is not responding as well as a young one.

    I am increasing my workouts, special weight training. I am sore so I know that I have muscles somewhere, but they must be very shy because they don't show up much.

    Keep eating healthy, exercise, and watch your calories. I eat my 1200 plus 1/4 or 1/2 of my exercises calories, so far so good.
