So.....I havent really been losing much on the scales for the past week or so and ive read that increasing your calories can boost your metabolism. So I decided to have a 'cheat day'. The plan was to have some Nandos for lunch and have some snacks that ive been missing. But after lunch I dont think ill be eating anything for the rest of the day and ill be under my calores.
I didnt go wild, I had some 2 pieces of chicken and chips and then I had a bit of carrot cake at around 1.30 and im still completely stuffed!
So I guess my question is what foods can I eat to increase my calories without having to eat a large amount?

fat is the densest, so eat a spoonful of olive oil, or something with double cream, but then again, why would you if your body says stop?0

you need to eat more healthy calories not junk filled with empty calories, you'll do more damage than good. Eat more often or add more of your healthy food.0
