Get you a Heart Rate Monitor.. They are great and accurate..Mine syncs with the Elptical and Treadmill at the Gym..

A heart monitor is best, but if you don't want to buy one or can't afford it right now, try this web site. it is really pretty accurate.

It is based on your weight, etc.. I like it pretty well.

I have an app on my phone which tells me how many calories I burn walking or cycling. Works off height and weight and uses gps to work out how far I have traveled. Seems to work for me /-)

Im not sure, its called Walkmeter. I use it all the time.
