I'm on a mission to lose 20lbs and this place has been a great inspiration. Just thought I would say hello. I am 37 yrs old and mother to a 2.5 year old named Gabe. I lost 100lbs when I was 16yrs old and have maintained a healthy lifestyle since then (except during pregnancies!) As I round the bend on 40, I am finding my normal weight is creeping up, so I am trying to budge it back down.
