Just found this site a few days ago and been exploring. Great tools and active message boards.

I am on a journey to lose about 50 lbs and hope the food journal and support here will be the answer this time for weight loss.

I retired early from the State of Calif. about 9 years ago, have two grown children and five grandkids. Hubby and I love to travel in our RV and see the gorgeous country of ours...
