Hi All,

I just had my baby boy 4 weeks ago and I am now ready to lose the last 6 pounds of my pregnancy weight and lose another 10 - 15 before pregnancy pounds to get to my goal weight range. Being home with a 3 1\2 year old and infant will have some diet and exercising challenges, but I am up for the challenge.

I love to spin, run outside and free weights.

Any other new moms out there?
