making myself accontible Day 6

Today my husband had a day off! so we had lots of family time, there was a parade in town today, fireworks, food!!! and lots of candy!!
BF~ 1/2 a banana 1 serving peach yogurt (fat free)
Lunch~ 1/2 a cup rice with vegies Your gonna HATE me for this 2 small scoops ice cream shared with my little girl.
Snack~ a hand ful grapes, rasberry yogurt (fat free)
Dinner~ 1/2 cup beans (Home made) 3 2 inch pizza (home made)
I also had a 3 or 4 candys from my sons:sad:

What are your calories coming in as??? This doesn't seem like enough "food"...I am so not an expert, but looking at your food, you might hit the late night dinner calories because you are hungry from not enough "substance" food during your day.

Well most days I'm over my 1390 cals but of all the wrong foods, I try to exercise but I havent done it every day. tomorrow I'm going to have a biger breakfast a lite lunch and a smaller dinner.
Please dont give up on me:sad:0
