Hello,

been here for a week but not got round to posting. BUT have learnt a lot (thankyou!) and am now absolutely terrified of going below 1200 (my goal calories). To the extent that I am thinking that if I do any exercise I'll struggle to eat the calories and I KNOW that can't be right!! and to think a few days ago I was wondering how on earth to keep that low!!

I'm a big fan of PROPER food, and am browsing through Michael Pollan's Food Rules to give me some common sense tips. But right now - and I think this should be compulsory viewing for any dieter - I am watching BBC3 'Big Fat Truth about Low Fat Foods'. A real eye opener....
