I have used 'my fitness pal' for some time now, to track my weight on an app on my phone. I had no idea that the website existed until I decided to search it today as I bought an exersize bike yesterday and am feeling motivated to reach my goal! I was so exited to discover this website and hope it will keep me motivated!

I am 187lbs and at my peak in summer of last year I was just over 200lbs, this is when I decided enough was enough. I have set a goal of 168 lbs to start with and I want to see how I feel when I reach that weight (as this will be just in the 'normal' BMI range) and If I want to lose more I will set myself another goal. I origionally set a goal of 140lbs but I think this is unrealistic (for me!!) and I want to feel comfortable at a weight I feel right at - not just at a number!:smile:

I really hope I can reach my goal weight and meet and encourage lots of people to reach theirs too!
