I have at least seven more pounds to lose.I have been exercising abs once a week.When I do my stomache pokes out. I though about quiting until I lose the weight that I want, because I know that fat is covering it. I looked in the mirror and i can now start to see an out line of defination of my abs. So should i continue to do abs or weight till I lose the weight that I want to lose?

    Definatly continue what you are doing. Just make sure that when you are doing ab excersizes you are holding your stomach in so that you don't end up with a rock hard belly. That happend to a friend of mine.
