Morning all!

I have had to "Frankenstein" my chart this week, as my energy levels have been so low (special lady time). For example, it took me both Wednesday and Thursday (My usual day off) to make my 400 calorie goal for Wednesday. And Friday got shortchanged, so I did extra walking yesterday. I've still managed to keep my calories in line (with the exception of a slice of lemon tart on date night).(worth every last calorie, I assure you. . .)

Bikram is getting. . .dare I say it. . .easier. I like it, because it is motivating me to stay hydrated, and I really can't let other thoughts intrude during the practice. If I'm not breathing, nothing works. There is no pain in my shoulders today. This is massive for me. (So different, that I woke up thinking "hey, my shoulder feels weird.. . )

Today is:

dance class (I skipped on Friday, and have guilt)
walking there and back
water! (my new best friend)
vits.

Also, I'm seriously thinking of buying a food scale. . .any recommendations?

Happy moving, everybody.:flowerforyou:

Won't get any exercise today. It's my usual day off. I have been doing a lot better on my eating the last couple of days! Therefore I stepped on the scale this morning and lost two pounds! I don't care if it's water weight or whatever. Just glad to see a lower number. I have 4 more pounds to lose to get to my lowest weight (since mfp) which was 141. So that's encouraging! I've been horribly grouchy the last several days though, and I think it's because I have had too much wheat. I need to cut it out after today. I hope you all have a great day!

All of us have ups and downs. I have tried to work on giving up the guilt and just moving ahead with the new day. As far as I know none of us can change the past. I know a guy who went from 563 lbs to 210 (his current weight) and one of the things he said to me is that if you are driving your car and run over something that ruins a tire. You feel guilt because you think you should have avoided the situation. You don't get out of the car and slash the other 3 tires. You fix it and get back on the road.

www.conair.com - they make a line of Weight Watchers scales that give you weight, body fat, water, and BMI stats. They are very cool. Just got one myself.

Best of luck to you and keep at it.

WTG. I feel guilty sometimes I have worked on that, Stress does not help weight loss. So I just start over the next day and try to do a little more. You are doing great, keep it up. :drinker:

Yesterday I made myself go to weights class - so I got an extra hour in this week! Also did some time on the elliptical. Today off to the local fitness center. I love trying new gyms. They have a great pool area, but I forgot my swimsuit. We have some friends that joined one of those mega gyms with all the stuff - but they haven't taken us yet!!

Met someone last night that wants to train for an ultra marathon - 56 miles! I love exercise, but I don't understand these people. I think they get a high that I don't get - something - who knows what. She's already done a couple of marathons and some long bike races. Had a good time at husband's reunion - no tempting food either.

    Have a great workout!

Good Sunday morning all! Yesterday was great. Spent the day at the beach, sunning & swimming with my little tadpoles. Then we hit the playground & went on a long bike ride.

Today is a housework day-ick. Pouring buckets. Back to Level 3 Shred tomorrow..

    Have a super day!:flowerforyou:

Raining here for most of the day, no outside work, darn, gardening was working for me. I got on the scale and it said 158, but I have to do my official one tomorrow. So we'll see. My daughter is telling me to come up and use her bow flex, but I don't know if I can do that yet. I see my physcial terrorist lol tomorrow so I will ask. Know I haven't posted here often but I do think of you all. Keep up the good work.
