I am getting discouraged because of my stress levels and I am an emotional eater...anyone have advise on how to control your eating emotions?? I need some more motivation I feel like but my wedding should be enough....this is the smallest i have ever been. I am 24 and i have had a gastric by pass already. I am not big im 190ish 5 foot 7 inches but i still see myself the 300lb i was before....my stress level is way too high i have started having seizures for the 1st time ever and i think it might be from all my stress.....any ideas how to deal with your emotions without eating them??? HELP
