Do I put the weight I was when I started dieting or the weight I was when I started MFP? I've lost 34 lbs since mid December but only 11 since I started MFP. I did have the weight when I started MFP but I changed it to my starting weight because it gave me more motivation. I don't want people to look at it and think I'm dishonest though. What do most of you do?

You can log your December weight by back dating. That's what I did!0

When I started, I was just using the weight that I was when I first used MFP, but I had lost 25pounds in the 6 months before that. I went back and changed the weight. So even though I have lost only 35 pounds since joining, my ticker shows 60 lbs lost. I guess it makes me feel better when I look at my over all loss.0
