question for someone out there i did a workout today and the treadmill said I burned 350 cals and MFP posted it as 588 something is not right helppppppppp please

I adjust the time on MFP to fit what my treadmill or HRM says...0

MFP uses an estimated average, with assumptions as to the intensity level and such, the treadmill monitors your HR and calculates it in real time according the your actual intensity and weight inputs. Just adjust the calories burned to what the treadmill said0
