Changing Goals

Changed my goals (with exercising) since I have been going way over what I have had in the system in the first place. I am totally not exercising 3 days a week, 30 minutes per day. I was before- until I decided that I felt a lot better afterward, now I try walking at least an hour a day and am looking into Zumba. My calories haven't changed so I guess that's good, so it won't be hard to keep track of them. Been getting use to what I have, balancing healthy foods and treats.
Have any of you changed your goals since you started,
like becoming more active for example?

I always planned on doing 60 minutes daily, but I wasn't seeing results, so I upped it. Most day now, I do 120 minutes and I've lost 48 pounds.

I'm new to this. Are you all eating 1200 and still doing the exercise you've stated? I keep getting told by the site that I need to eat more calories!

My goal at the moment is just to do SOME exercise daily. 2-3 days a week I burn off a good load, but the rest of the week when I'm not working, I don't do much. I walk my dog, but that's about it... even though I have a cross-trainer sat in my living room! I aim to do 15 minutes on that, 5 times a week. :)
  • Oh yeah, I still try to eat all of my calories after I exercise. I'm suppose to have 1200 a day, some times I'm under by like the equivalent of a hershey kiss or two, but usually I just leave it because I'm not hungry. I like the whole "the more you exercise, the more you can eat and still look good" concept. Lol!!
