It's great to set small goals and get some rewards in return.
I have "reward" jeans haning up on my closet door and I try them on every now and then. They are close to fitting, but not quite there yet. Once I get them to fit then it's time to find the next pair.

Absolutely! We're critters of habit... so small changes amount to big changes. Try to change too much at one time, and you'll get flustered and most likely quit.

So, set small goals and reward yourself, and you'll keep doing them :)

Plus setting small goals and meeting them really helps build your confidence in yourself and in your ability to do this.

    I do!! I do!!!

At 10lbs I get to go for an hour long pedicure!
    20 lbs is a facial!
35 lbs (my goal) I get an hour long hot stone massage and shopping for new clothes!
