Found this on another workout site and had to try it...It was really easy and tasted like heaven. Kept me full for a few hours too.

1/4 cup raw almonds
1/4 cup unsalted cashews
2 fresh strawberries sliced into pieces
about 20 blueberries
1 banana...sliced
1 cup almond milk (recipe calls for unsweetened, but I use the vanilla almond milk)

chop up the nuts in a processor and add the rest..

Carbs 54
Fat 29
Protien 12

I usually eat my calories for breakfast, because I am always on the go with my job (UPS Driver) and I burn them off fairly decent throughout the morning when things are at the most hectic.
