I see alot of posts about HIIT and how great it is and everything. Can someone explain to me what it is (and how to do it?)? I'd really appreciate it!

HIIT= High Intensity Interval Training. You work at a high intensity for short bursts then recover. They are usually short-15-30 minutes. Burns more calories after than during. You also burn alot more fat training that way.0

You can find a wealth of information on Interval Training here workout plans you can get e-mailed to you here http://www.intervaltraining.net/ I have just started with interval training using our recumbent bike, running would probably be better, but right now it is very icy where I live, so running is out for me. They have a section on HIIT as well.0
