HELP ME WITH MOTIVATION

Not feeling too happy about my fitness routines. I completely stopped for over a week and am having a tough time getting back. I am still taking my multi vitamins everyday but have been lacking on going to the gym and eating better. SO my steps: I went grocery shopping last weekend so that we can't eat out anymore... I am still trying to get up in the morning to go workout but keep changing my alarm clock to a later time as it goes off. Hmm. I NEED HELP!
