Getting in all my calories...

At the moment I feel like I could cry...

I think I've gotten my profile worked out so that my numbers are correct... but I can't seem to always get all my calories in!

I even cheated today, had a 16oz caramel latte and still wasn't able to get all my calories in! I've been reading how important it is to get them all in, or at least close, and yet some days I'm just not hungry.

Please tell me I'm not the only one struggling with this!!!

Yes I too find that some days it is hard to get in all my calories and well other days it is not hard at all, it is hard not to go over LOL

I have no issue eating my calories...that's how I got to this point.

However, I think since you had gastric bypass surgery, you should check with your doctor to verify the best calorie count per day for you and your health condition.

Just get some healthy calorie dense foods around. Almonds, cashews, peanut butter, just limit it to a handful of nuts or a tbsp of peanut butter.

I'm eating a lot less now that I'm eating healthier because the healthy fats, the fiber and whole-natural foods are keeping me filled longer. On some days I am looking for something not overly filling but worth the calories and I tend to reach for almonds.
  • I would speak to him... but unfortunatly I haven't seen him in over 4 years... but maybe your right, at least talk to my family dr about it! Thanks for the thought!:flowerforyou:

I never really gave a thought to having peanut butter either, but ya know, that actually sounded pretty good once I read it! lol Thanks!!
