Engine 2 Diet?

Anyone try the Engine 2 Diet ( http://engine2diet.com/ ) by Rip Esselstyn?

It's essentially a no-oil vegan diet. Just wondering what results people had on it. I'm already a vegetarian, and I ordered the book today on half.com. Hopefully I can have the willpower to do it.
