I wasn't hungry on my dinner break, so I brought my food back to work and ate at my desk. I had a sandwich (wheat sub roll, lettuce, Tastefully Simple's Onion Onion spread, ham, mesquite turkey and sharp cheddar) and a 100-calorie bag of Keebler fudge stripe cookies with three cups of water and a Great Value cherry pomegranate flavor mix packet. It came out to about 580 calories.0
