As obese as I am, I have always been pretty active. I have been practicing karate for the last 6 months, but I know that I can not successfully improve and move forward without changing my eating habits. Therefore, moving on to a new belt is one of my motivations for loosing weight.
Oh yeah, that other reason too.
Doctor said my glucose level is in the diabetic range. Unless I change my habits ASAP, I could end up with that killer disease.
Got to get to work so that I can live a long and HEALTH long life.
