So..
This week I have been walking / jogging for about 20-25 mins in the morning... mainly brisk walking with a bit of jogging thrown in. I come home and eat Uncle Tobys Fibre Plus cereal and a piece of wholemeal toast
I then will do between 20 mins and 50 mins working out at the gym, I will go home and eat a lite n easy meal (the hot dinners) or a lean cuisine meal straight after.
My weight was 89.9kg on Sat morning, (i went to the gym in the morn after breakfast and didnt walk) Sun I was still 89.9 and I went for a walk/jog in the arvo and then Monday Morning I was 90.3kg and I did the above routine on Monday and Tuesday, until this morning I finally dropped back down to 89.9... I know it only 400grams.... but im trying to figure out if I did anything wrong
I am eating within my 1200 calorie allowance, but I have seen people talking about having protein after workouts, is this really necessary? or is it if you really do serious exercise you need the protein boost.. Im burning between 200-300 calories at the gym
Thanks
Sarah

My advice would be to not weigh yourself every day, only once a week.
I know how tempting it is to keep on checking, but weight can fluctuate by small amounts day to day for all sorts of reasons, and weighing too often can lead to disappointment.
If you leave it for a week (or even longer if you can bear it!) you are far more likely to see a nice loss.0
