Like many people, I spend more calories complaining about my weight gain than actually modifying my behavior. This week I'm going to try something different. I'm hoping that this program will help keep me accountable. I think the counters really help. One of my first goals is to drink 5X as much water as diet coke. So far so good for the last 3 days!
