Skipping levels on 30 day shred?

has anybody skipped the levels on 30 day shred. I am debating on skipping level 1 and just going straight to 15 days of level 2 and 15 days of level 3. or even if level 2 is too easy, just doing the 30 days of level 3? any suggestions? My first day was yesterday with level 1 and I did have 2 hours of yoga and zumba at the gym before the i did shred and it was burning at the time, but I am not sore this morning.

What do you think?

    You can do it however you want, no one can tell you one way or the other, but skipping will lead you to get bored of the levels you are doing more of. Doing 10 days each of levels 1, 2, 3 was perfect for me. It's okay if you don't feel sore after one day, although maybe increase your weight

    If your strength is beyond level one then skip to level two. Or do what I did and combine the levels. That would be a great burn.

    Yeah, Im feeling the same way. I think I'll start level 2 today. I would just skip and try to see how it goes.
