In need of a pep talk

....I'm just trying to stay cool and determine how worried I should be if I should be worried at all.

Problem: I work out 4-5 times a week for 1-2 hours. I take kickboxing, dance, core, abs, etc. Ive even tried beating my walking time on the treadmill by running a little bit. I've been doing this for about a month or so and I'm not even down 10 pounds. I do see a little definition in my arms and legs but I want some inches gone. I know it is too soon to tell and I will probably have to wait a little while before I really see results but IDK . Summer is about to come, I feel it!!! and I refuse to be uncomfortable in my own skin. I guess I just need a pep talk.
