What's failure?

Just remember failure is not a 'set back' (i.e. having a bad day, week, etc.) Failure is quitting something that you know you can achieve eventually. Success takes time and you'll have difficulties along the way.
The Wright Brothers spent years reaching for flight with countless problems along the way. BUT, they knew they could do it and didn't let the 'set backs' along the way stop them from achieving their goal.
Don't let your 'bad days' stop you. If man can fly you can lose weight.

It's also when you do so many push-ups that you can't do them anymore. ; )0
