Walking through Lidl today I saw a treat that has always been a big favourite of mine - only 99p for a whole bag! I only got back on the wagon a couple of days ago, and these are treats we got in my native country but nowhere else after I emigrated back in 2000 - so I was sooo tempted.
Well, I said to myself, "I am going to exercise tonight. And tomorrow night, too. This weekend I'm going to go to the gym and maybe try Body Pump or go swimming, and I'm going to feel FANTASTIC."
And I didn't even pick them up, just walked away and came home where I had a navel orange and a drink and feel FAB...
