making myself accontible Day 7

Yes it has been a week since I started sharing my bad eating habits, I like to think I made some good choses this week, I could have done a lote better!
But when you've eaten this way for so long its hard to change it all in 1 week,:drinker:
Next week I hope is better than this week.
Today I started of so great but then we went to my husbands ant and she had home made baked goods and I just could'nt resist, and it was GOOD!!! I did'nt stuff my face like I would have in the past I had a peace of each and Stoped, witch is big for me:smile: I some what proud but also sad and disiponted with myself I think I shouldent have had anything:cry:
But tomarrow will be better I promise, you all can count on me :drinker: :drinker:

BF~2 cups coffee, 1 apple
L~12 inch Chicken sub with extra letis,and tomatos,from subway shared with my son and doughter,
and a smal bag multygrain sun chips also shared, and a fountian drink.
S~ nothing
Dinner~ This is wear it gets ugly, 3 cups coffee, 1 home made bun with butter, 1 2inch slice rubarb pie with marshmallos and whiped cream, 1 smal tart with chocolate and whiped cream, and 1 2inch oatmeal bar with blueberrys,CRAZZY, CRAZZY CRAZZY I know!:sad: :sad: :sad: :sad: :sad: :sad:

Tomarrow is another day:happy:

    I think it's awesome you are making yourself keep track... keep it up girl!

    May I make a humble suggestion? Bigger breakfast!! Keep it up you will get there....

    Thanks Im not to much of a breakfast person, but I'm startin this morning I had 1 cup milk with 1 cup rasian bran and a coffee.

    I hear ya I have to force myself to eat something substantial in the morning (if I had my way it would be coffee with a side of espresso!!) but it really does set the tone for the rest of the day.... If I don't eat a decent breakfast I am starving and near binging all day. If I start out with something like oatmeal, or a bagel, (lots of people recommend eggs but I can't STAND eggs) I can better control myself the rest of the day. Good luck to ya!! :flowerforyou:

    The first step is having the courage to be HONEST with yourself and write it all down! And you did that!
    I find that 3 egg whites and a 1/4 cup shredded cheese with fiber one and coffee in the morning lasts me a LONG time... big breakfast keeps my day better!
