After reading Banks post about people with a health bmi (mine is 23) I decided to change my settings on my profile. Well it upped my calories by 500. It is already hard enough to eat 1200 calories plus excercise calories but now I have to eat alot more!!!!!!! Has anyone else noticed that after you have been eating healthy for a while, it is just as hard to train yourself to eat more as it was to train yourself to eat less to lose weight in the first place?
