I am re-committing myself to this program! My husband has lost 53 lbs and counting in 6 months and he deserves to have a happy and healthy wife, don't ya think?
I want to live a long and healthy life for my daughter and show her by my actions that sensible diet and exercise is the way to do that.
My 31st birthday is this summer and I would really like to be on my way with my goals by then. I may even buy a new dress for it!
I believe my biggest hurdle will be my sugar addiction but, like another program I practice, I am taking it one day at a time. Just for today I am not going to eat a bag of Lifesaver gummi sours!!!
I have seen this program work and I know I can do it.
