Cucumber and Lemon/Lime water

Peel and slice 1 cucumber . Cut 2 or 3 each of lemon and lime in half. Fill a pitcher with water - squeeze the fruit (then throw them in there) and add the cucumbers. You can keep this in the fridge all day - even if you empty it you can refill using the same fruit and cucumbers. Hey you can even eat the cucumbers instead of throwing them out when you're done. The water tastes fresh and amazing and it helps with bloat :) Enjoy!
